Marshall Swadron Speaks at Consent and Capacity Board Meeting

TORONTO - March 29, 2007 - Marshall Swadron spoke today at the annual meeting of the Greater Toronto Area and Penetanguishene members of Consent and Capacity Board.  Marshall offered the perspective of patient's counsel in proceedings before the Board as part of a panel on the conduct of hearings entitled Bumps Along The Road.  The panel included former Board Chair the Honourable Mr. Justice John Harper and present Chair, the Honourable Mr. Justice Ted Ormston and was moderated by Senior Lawyer Member Michael Newman.
