Matthew Cohen to Speak at Ontario Bar Association Meeting

TORONTO - March 24, 2008 - Matthew Cohen will present the case of the month at the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ontario Bar Association at its meeting tomorrow.  The section meeting topic is power of attorney fraud. 

Mr. Cohen is presenting the decision the Honourable Madam Justice Herman released on March 17, 2008 in Re Reinke Estate, which considers a motion to join a lawyer as a party to an application to pass accounts.
