2010 Law Society Special Lectures examine the older client
February 1, 2010 - Toronto - The Law Society of Upper Canada's Special Lectures this year are entitled A Medical-Legal Approach to Estate Planning, Decision-Making, and Estate Dispute Resolution for the Older Client . The two-day program is co-chaired by Brian A. Schnurr of Schnurr Kirsh Schnurr Oelbaum Tator LLP and Dr. Kenneth Shulman of Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. Included in the list of lecturers is Marshall Swadron, who will be delivering a paper on the engagement of lawyers to represent the older client. The Special Lectures will be presented at the Law Society's Lamont Lecture Hall on April 14 and 15, 2010 and will also be available by live webcast.
