Zyprexa Class Action Settlement
August 26, 2010 - Toronto - The deadline for claims to be submitted by persons eligible for compensation under the settlement entered into by pharmaceutical manufacturer Ely Lilly Canada Inc., in respect of its neuroleptic anti-psychotic medication Zyprexa, also known as Zydis and as Olanzapine, is October 28, 2010.

Sound Times in partnership with Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), the student-run legal clinic at Osgoode Hall Law School, is hosting an event on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, 16 Spadina Road (just north of Bloor, near Spadina Subway station). The event is open to all persons seeking to make a claim in the class action suit. Assistance will be available to potential class members in gathering the information required to prove their claims.
