Marshall Swadron co-chairs Law Society program

May 14, 2014 - Toronto - The Law Society of Upper Canada's Administrative Law Practice Basics program was held today at the Lamont Lecture Hall at Osgoode Hall. The co-chairs of the program, for the fourth year running, were Marshall Swadron of Swadron Associates and Neil Abramson of Torkin Manes LLP.

  • The Law Society's practice basics programs are ideal for newer lawyers and lawyers considering a new practice area. This year's offering featured an administrative law overview byDean Lorne Sossin of Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. Substantive areas of practice covered included Coroners Inquests, Immigration and Refugee Law and a panel on Municipal Law and practice before the Ontario Municipal Board.
