Mercedes Perez presents paper at Charter conference

February 27, 2015 - Toronto - Mercedes Perez delivered a paper today at a conference entitled "Life, Liberty and Equality - Canadian-Style: The Interplay Between Sections 7 and 15 of the Charter" presented at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. The paper, entitled The Interplay between Sections 7 and 15 of the Charter in Challenges to Mental Health Legislation, was co-authored with Karen Spector and Tess Sheldon.
