Marshall Swadron to speak at Ontario Bar Association adult guardianship program

August 21, 2020 - Toronto - Marshall Swadron is scheduled to speak at the OBA's upcoming program entitled Your Comprehensive Guide to section 3 counsel under the Substitute Decisions Act to be held online on October 26, 2020. The program is chaired by Alex Procope of Perez Bryan Procope and Kim Whaley of Whaley Estate Litigation Partners. Marshall will present a paper on the nature and scope of the role of section 3 counsel co-written by Jen Danch of Swadron Associates.
