Swadron Associates COVID-19 response
Updated to January 7, 2022
Swadron Associates is continuing to take measures in response to COVID-19 to allow us to serve our continuing clients and accept new clients while maintaining the wellbeing of our staff and the wider community. These measures will remain in effect until February 15, 2022 and are subject to review.
Our office at 115 Berkeley Street is closed to the public but can accept deliveries between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. There may be times, however, that packages cannot be received and those making deliveries are encouraged to email both vmarzola@swadron.com and vusacheva@swadron.com to confirm. Upon arrival, please ring the front doorbell and allow a moment or two for the door to be answered.
All lawyers and staff are set up with secure remote access to the office and are working from home to the full extent possible. All client intake and preparation meetings are taking place by telephone or videoconference with exceptions to be made for clients with special communication needs.
If you have any further questions about how COVID-19 may affect the operations of our office or your case, please contact the lawyer or staff person you normally work with by email. You may also call our main telephone number: (416) 362-1234. If you receive a recorded message, please press 0 (zero) to leave a message on our general delivery mailbox, which will be checked regularly.
Thank you for your understanding.
