Marshall Swadron speaks at 25th Estates and Trusts Summit

Marshall Swadron spoke today at the Law Society of Ontario's 25th Estates and Trusts Summit presented from the Lamont Lecture Hall in Toronto. Marshall appeared on a panel with Advocacy Centre for the Elderly executive director Graham Webb and Canage founder and CEO Laura Tamblyn Watts that was moderated by program co-chair Nimali Gamage of Goddard Gamage LLP. The panel's subject was Proactive Elder Law and Marshall presented a short paper entitled Dirty Tricks played on Estate Planning Lawyers and How Not to Fall for Them that was co-written with Sarah Latimer.
The Estates and Trusts Summit is a well-attended two-day program put on by the Law Society each year. For those who were unable to attend, the program was recorded and will be re-broadcast on December 12 adn 13, 2022. It will also be available to stream on demand shortly through the Law Society Store.
