Marshall Swadron to Participate in OBA Institute

TORONTO - January 18, 2005 - Marshall Swadron will participate in a mock trial and discussion at the Ontario Bar Association's 2005 Institute. The full-day program of the Trusts and Estates Section is entitled Splitting Heirs will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on February 4, 2005. The topic of the panel is What Not To Do as an Estate Solicitor. Also participating in the panel will be Rodney Hull Q.C., of Hull & Hull LLP and Liza Sheard of Evans Sweeny Bordin LLP in Hamilton. Co-Chairs of the program are Orest Rudzik and Jordan Atin.
