Mercedes Perez to Join Firm on August 5, 2003

TORONTO - May 21, 2003 - Swadron Associates is pleased to announce that Mercedes Perez will join the firm following her call to the Ontario Bar later this year. Mercedes holds Bachelor and Master degrees in international relations from University of Toronto and University of Chicago respectively. She attended McGill University Law School. Currently, Mercedes is completing her articles of clerkship with Sierra Legal Defence Fund. She has worked with several human rights organizations in Latin America and speaks Spanish fluently.
