Marshall Swadron to Speak at Mental Health Conference

TORONTO - November 19, 2003 - Marshall Swadron will participate in a panel discussion at the Canadian Institute's 4th Annual Conference on Managing Legal Risks and Responsibilities in Mental Health Care to be held at the Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto on December 1 and 2, 2003.

The topic of the panel discussion is Starson and Other Recent Developments in Mental Health Law and will be moderated by former Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board, Michael Bay. Other panelists include conference co-chair Janice Blackburn, Dr. Ranjith Chandrasena and Daphne Jarvis.
