Mercedes Perez and Michael Fakhri to Present Paper at International Conference

TORONTO - October 29, 2004 - Mercedes Perez and Michael Fakhri will be attending the International Academy of Law and Mental Health annual congress on July 2 to 9, 2005 in Paris, France.
