Sarah M. Latimer

Sarah attended Queen's University in Kingston Ontario, graduating with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2007. She earned her law degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Law (now a M.A.), at the University of Cambridge, Lucy Cavendish College, in Cambridge, UK in 2010. At the University of Cambridge, she served as President of the Pro Bono Society. Following completion of the National Accreditation Program, Sarah served as an articling clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto before being called to the Bar in Ontario in 2013.

 

Sarah began her practice in law working by referral for several lawyers in a variety of practice areas, including serving as junior counsel for ten-days on a child protection trial for Jewish Family and Child Services. Before joining Swadron Associates in 2015, Sarah practiced at civil litigation firm Chitiz Pathak where she was involved in trial work. Her interests include civil litigation, capacity-related proceedings and, put broadly, helping people.
