Jodeen Williams

Jodeen is a compassionate lawyer with a deep commitment to social justice. She serves individuals and communities often overlooked by the traditional legal system.
She takes an empathetic approach when representing clients and is driven by a belief in using the law as a tool for equity and systemic change.
Jodeen obtained her J.D. from Queen’s University, where she focused on issues of inequality, access to justice, and dispute resolution. During law school, she was actively involved in advocacy initiatives through the Black Law Students Association. Upon graduation, Jodeen articled with family law firm Russell Alexander Lawyers.
Jodeen’s areas of practice include guardianship and estate litigation, mental health and capacity law and victim representation in criminal matters. She continues to prioritize work that bridges the gap between legal institutions and those most affected by them.
